LetzLingo ("we", "us") is operated by Celebrus Inc. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy covers both the LetzLingo website and mobile apps (iOS and Android).

Mobile App — What We Collect

• Learning progress: Flashcard scores, study streaks, and spaced repetition data are stored only on your device using local storage. We do not upload this data to any server.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, features used, crash reports). This helps us improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• No account required: The app works fully without signing up or providing any personal information.

Website — What We Collect

• Email address: Only if you voluntarily subscribe to download flashcard PDFs.
• Usage data: Pages visited, flashcard sets generated, languages selected. Stored on our private server.

What We Do NOT Collect

• No personal data from children — no registration or personal info required
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or microphone access
• No third-party advertising trackers
• No payment information (the app is free)

Text-to-Speech

Audio pronunciation in the mobile app uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. No text is sent to external servers for speech generation.

AI-Generated Content

Flashcard translations and illustrations are pre-generated and bundled with the app. No user data is sent to AI services during app usage.

PDF Export

PDF flashcards are generated entirely on your device. No data leaves your phone during export.

Data Storage

Website data is stored on private server infrastructure in Canada. Mobile app data is stored only on your device. We do not use third-party cloud storage or share data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

LetzLingo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed to be used without any personal data input. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us for immediate deletion.

Third-Party Services

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Request deletion of website subscription data by emailing us
• Opt out of analytics by disabling it in your device settings
