Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LetzLingo app and the website letzlingo.com, made by Celebrus Inc. in Milton, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the app or the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use LetzLingo.

Using LetzLingo

• LetzLingo is a learning aid: flashcards, games, audio and an AI Tutor for practising vocabulary and phrases. It is not a course and doesn't award certificates.
• Children may use LetzLingo with a parent's or guardian's permission. Parents are responsible for how their children use the app.
• Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, its cards, images or audio, and don't try to take the app apart or get around its features.

Content and the AI Tutor

We work hard to make every card, translation and recording correct, but language is complex and mistakes can happen. The AI Tutor generates its replies on your phone and can be wrong. Don't rely on LetzLingo for medical, legal, safety or other important decisions. If you find a mistake, please tell us at [email protected].

The app is free right now

All features in the app are free at the moment. If we add paid plans later, prices will be shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy. Subscriptions bought there are billed and renewed by Apple or Google, and you manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Printable card packs (website)

• Prices on letzlingo.com are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax (GST/HST) is added at checkout where it applies.
• Card packs are digital PDF files for your personal, family or classroom use. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell or share the files publicly.
• After payment you get a download link, which works a limited number of times, and the link is also emailed to you.
• If a file doesn't arrive, won't open or has a problem, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it, send it again or refund you.

Our rights

The LetzLingo name, logo, app, cards, images, audio and website belong to Celebrus Inc. Using LetzLingo doesn't give you any ownership of them.

No warranty

LetzLingo is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suit every purpose. As far as the law allows, Celebrus Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using LetzLingo, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update LetzLingo and these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top, and continuing to use LetzLingo means you accept the new terms. You can stop using LetzLingo at any time by deleting the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
